Terms & Conditions — sok4d

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

To register and use the sok4d Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The Platform strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an existing Member who has been suspended, excluded, or banned from the Platform for any reason.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, nor registering for the purpose of operating an account for a third party.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or contractor of sok4d or any associated entity.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by sok4d or a recognised responsible gaming body to which you have voluntarily applied.

Each Member is permitted to hold one account only on the sok4d Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, mobile number, bank account, device, or IP address — are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name as it appears on your national identity card (KTP), a valid email address, an active Indonesian mobile phone number, and your date of birth. You agree to update your registration details promptly if any information changes.

sok4d reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the membership lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or in response to unusual account activity. KYC documentation typically required includes a clear copy of your KTP (National Identity Card). Additional documentation may be requested in specific circumstances, including a selfie with the KTP, proof of payment method ownership, or source-of-funds documentation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — including your password, security questions, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. sok4d will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from a failure to protect your credentials adequately.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify sok4d's customer support team immediately via in-app live chat or by email at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link).

All financial transactions on the sok4d Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The Platform does not accept transactions in foreign currencies. All amounts are displayed and settled in IDR.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Supported deposit channels include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, Visa, and Mastercard. sok4d does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or payment provider may impose standard inter-bank transfer charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests submitted during peak hours (09:00–22:00 WIB) are typically processed within 3–15 minutes for major Indonesian bank accounts and under 3 minutes for e-wallet channels (OVO, DANA, GoPay). Off-peak processing (22:00–09:00 WIB) may take up to 60 minutes. sok4d does not guarantee processing times in circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including scheduled bank maintenance windows or public holidays.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party payment is strictly prohibited. Before a Member's first withdrawal is processed, full KYC verification must be completed to the satisfaction of sok4d's compliance team. sok4d reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal request it deems necessary to review.

Funds Security: Member deposits are held separately from sok4d's operational funds. The Platform does not use Member deposits for any purpose other than funding gaming activity and processing withdrawal requests.

sok4d offers various promotional incentives to eligible Members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to Members aged 21 and above who have passed identity verification.
• The welcome bonus (100% match up to Rp 20.000.000) is available to new Members on their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10× the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 1.000.000 bonus requires Rp 10.000.000 in cumulative qualifying wagers before any portion of the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
• Bonuses must be activated and fully wagered within 30 days of being credited to the account. Unused bonus balances expire automatically after this period.
• Qualifying wager contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Sports bets with odds of 1.50 or greater typically contribute 100%. Slots may contribute 100% unless otherwise stated. Live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%). Specific contribution rates are stated on individual promotion pages.
• sok4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect bonuses already validly activated by Members.
• Abuse of promotions — including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, systematic exploitation of bonus structures, or collusion with other players — will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and may result in permanent account suspension.

All wagers placed on the sok4d Platform are subject to the specific rules of each product category. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet or participating in any game.

Sports Betting: Odds are displayed in decimal format as standard. Markets available include Asian Handicap (voor bola), Over/Under, mix parlay (accumulator), 1X2, Total Goals, and Both Teams to Score, among others. sok4d reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error or affected by a manifest pricing mistake. Mix parlay bets require a minimum of three selections; all selections must win for the accumulator to pay out.

Live Casino: Live dealer games are operated by independently certified studios. Game rules applicable to each live table — including minimum and maximum stake limits — are displayed within the game interface before participation. All outcomes are determined in real time and are final once settled.

Slots & RNG Games: All slot and RNG-based games on sok4d use independently audited random number generation technology. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee results in any individual session. Each spin is a statistically independent event.

Togel (Traditional Numbers Lottery): Draw results for togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) are based on official draw outcomes from designated licensed draw operators. Results are final upon official publication. sok4d accepts no liability for discrepancies between unofficial sources and official draw results.

sok4d reserves the right to void, suspend, or refuse any wager at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to suspect irregular activity, technical error, or a breach of these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sok4d Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person to register a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes in a systematic or deliberate manner.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds without intent to wager.
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations in Indonesia or the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or offensive behaviour toward sok4d staff, agents, or other Members through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, probe, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the Platform.

All content on the sok4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, images, graphics, audio-visual content, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of sok4d or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of sok4d.

Game content, studio names, and brand assets from third-party providers (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe) remain the property of their respective owners and are used under licence agreements. Their appearance on the Platform does not imply any ownership or endorsement relationship beyond the scope of those licences.

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by sok4d is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

In summary, sok4d collects only the personal data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, conduct KYC verification, and meet applicable regulatory obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is stored using industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sok4d, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Member for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Platform, even if sok4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any service, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, force majeure, or any other reason.
• Any loss arising from a Member's failure to maintain adequate security over their account credentials.
• Any loss attributable to reliance on information or odds displayed on the Platform that were the result of a manifest error or technical fault.
• Any action taken by a third-party payment provider that affects the timing or availability of deposits or withdrawals.

Nothing in these Terms limits sok4d's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sok4d makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or malicious code, beyond those expressly stated in these Terms.

sok4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Determination that the Member is under 21 years of age.
• Receipt of a voluntary self-exclusion request from the Member.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring action on the account.

Upon termination for cause, any balance in the account — including bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct — may be forfeited in whole or in part at sok4d's discretion. Where a termination is not for cause, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Member's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Members wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting customer support via in-app live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within one business day. Any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses will be cancelled upon account closure, and the bonus portion of the balance will be forfeited.

sok4d is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices across all product categories. The Platform provides a suite of tools that Members may use to manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure alerts notifying them when they have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for a temporary self-exclusion period (minimum 6 weeks) or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for their stated duration.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications can be configured to remind Members of time elapsed and net gaming position during sessions.

sok4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect Member rights, financial conditions, or eligibility requirements — sok4d will notify registered Members via the email address associated with their account at least 14 days prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

Minor amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes to contact details) may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sok4d holds its international operating licence. sok4d operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and sok4d, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Members should contact the customer support team in the first instance, setting out the nature of the dispute clearly and in writing. sok4d will acknowledge all formal complaints within 2 business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal escalation within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body as designated in the Platform's licensing terms. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
